Move to, open map voice commands. #93

I got the code from whitelionx , All code is from him on forums. I don't know what I'm doing though.

Thanks @MrQuark, I've made a few changes so that you don't need to say All Map to open the map up, you can now just say Map (as well as a few variations so that it's easier for new people to discover when they start using Articulate). I've also added commands for Inventory and toggling of Lights (weapon mounted and vehicle).
