Please clarify license situation #4

Hello,

I was hoping you could clarify what the license is for the code in this repository?

Is this mostly the code from ST application note AN3411? A combination of open source libraries? Your own code?

If there was something in the readme saying what the situation is that would be useful, as I could tell if this is appropriate for me to fork for a project :)
