use bayes_diffexp #2

hi Thanks for the work on bayes_diffexp. we (in the i3lab sorbonne université) are very interested to try it but we struggle on few problem. We created a fork https://github.com/0m1n0/bayes_diffexpr and made few changes on variable name to use the save_table function but in the end no clone are selected . In fact the value cdflabel in the subset dataframe are only nan or 1.0 so no clone pass the pvalue. can you help us on that . thanks a lot

In case anyone is unaware, it seems the replacement for this tool is https://github.com/statbiophys/NoisET, which I was able to use without problems.
