Azan notifications #39

Ust Nizam: Add selawat before azan ?

At the moment, I planned to play azan on notification. But first we need to settle issue #53 first. As we don't want azan to be played at the wrong time. Gonna need some time.

Available in https://github.com/iqfareez/app_waktu_solat_malaysia/releases/tag/2.0.0-pre.1%2B68. I can't guarantee to ship this feature to production.
