Compiling and running your application

I'm trying to get the application running in aclipse but on the half of the splashscreen loader it throws some exceptions i don't understand. Any suggestions?

All data is now stored and retrieved from users home directory. Users which use nigthly builds or the sources must copy the directories symbols, models, parts, datasheets and simulators to the folder USER_HOME/.BlackBoard

If you don't BlackBoard is fucked up!
