Location search not working in world map #65

I was attempting to add a new location today and found myself unable to do so.

I turned on logging and found:

NOTE (10:51:10.372) Sonder\Settings\WorldMap-Settings.ini: Refreshing skin

NOTE (10:51:11.260) Sonder\Settings\WorldMap-Settings.ini: Latitutude and Longitude downloaded

Feels like maybe the way the timestamp is stored in something like the timezone db has changed? This is a bit of a guess though.
