Well, maybe this should be reworded. Inbal Levi asked me explicitly to provide information on what each feature is about and what is the implementation and maintenance cost of it. This is not SCRUM, so I did not provide relative numbers. I enumerated the list of utilities needed to introduce this in the library.
If you have some ideas on how to improve please do it.
