Release 0.5.1 #1036

Just a heads up, I plan on releasing 0.5.1 sometime tomorrow. See https://github.com/ghedo/mpv/commit/0da63ab516d403740f8ea0f350ec324a659ea2b3.

I'd also like to add the restoration of --slave-broken, since syncplay relies on it. I'm still waiting for feedback from them, though.

That seems ok now. Please cherry-pick some of the latest commits too, at least 6410c4c8efbb.

That commit seems to depend on 740f0f6 which isn't in 0.5 and looks pretty major so I'm not sure if that should be cherry-picked as well. There doesn't seem to be anything equivalent pre-740f0f6 that needs fixing either.

I cherry-picked cc971c0 though.

Well, ok, nobody uses the releases on Windows anyway.

As I understand, windows builds are provided by lachs0r, who went back to building git master, and nobody uses any other builds anyway.
