Corrupted H.265 videos can freeze mpv

Important Information

Provide following Information:

• mpv version: Master branch of this repo and version 0.32.0
• OS: NixOS 20.09 and WSL 2 with Debian 10.6.

Reproduction steps

During fuzzing of mpv four mutated H.265 video files were found that don't play properly and freeze mpv. The video files in question are attached. They can be played with mpv --no-config

Expected behavior

Video should not play and mpv should exit.

Actual behavior

mpv freezes
