Description | This is a request for two pieces. One is a post told up the job submitted on Friday. METS-105116. And the second part in this request is a lock ring. Note the point of contact in mount_post design created by the intersection of the two 16.5 mm and 14 mm diameters.If possible, please make the post plus the 16 mm outer diameter barrel from METS-105116 first and I can test the alignment before proceeding with the rest of the parts.Please contact me for any questions and I can come over and discuss the parts. |

A similar job was completed by METS last year. Modifications from the old job include a different inner diameter for the brass barrel. It should now be 8 mm, allowing for finishing with a reamer. The outside diameter of the brass part should also be 16 mm and not threaded. The 4 aluminum cells for fitting inside the barrel should slide in without lubrication. I have included the drawing and step files. Please let me know if there are any issues with the request.I have also included a cutout drawing of the full assembly.
