1 year ago Hello @aloisoinac, maybe you are in the wrong place regarding this issue. This issue deserves to be issued in the base library used by "Pepesan". Please make an issue at @adiwajshing/Baileys.
I've been using Baileys natively, and had a lot of issues with button messages. Because this is not officially published from WhatsApp, we must be sincere, if you want it to be perfect, please use a third-party service that is officially partnered with the WhatsApp Business API.
I have tested send a message whereas bot will reply with button from Whatsapp Web, but the device (Iphone), not received message into background state. Just when whatsapp is in foregound Button message arrives on.
PS. whatsapp web always receive message. Have you any tip to ensure Button message arrives on Backgrounded Iphone? (yes simple text message always arrives Whatsapp web/device)
