Setup Instructions for Windows not accurate #1

The setup instructions say the model needs to be extracted extracted into ~/.talon/vosk/, but I think it needs to be %APPDATA%\talon\vosk\ on windows, and the actual model path is something like C:\Users\<USER>\AppData\Roaming\talon\vosk\vosk-model-de-0.6.

I think it would be great to update the README accordingly =)
