do not quote booleans in YAML #393

Update to TransTractor.pm in order to avoid quotes being added around boolean values (true/false) in YAML and MarkDown front matter. If quotes are added the values are treated as strings rather than as booleans.

Many thanks for the changes. I'm integrating it now.

Next time, it'd be great if you could write a test for your changes, or extend an existing test.

You're right, and I'm sorry. I am not familiar with Perl, just good enough at hacking a solution. Noted for next time.
