    • Room setup (Time, power cords, etc). Trying to get in on Thursday. May have to do it Friday morning
    • Snacks and coffee (maybe no snacks? All bring coffee?)
      • Tom B. is getting coffee (3) on Friday

    • Table rearranging
    • Mac dongle, switching computers during lessons, sticky notes
