Move all data into a single folder #18

Make sure the links are correct

In commit ad80aa4, I put all data into a common zip folder and changed the links in the R and Git lessons. There is now a folder data-files that contains the R data, the shell data, and mammal_stats.csv. @seltmann will have the learners put this data files into a folder named data-carpentry-2016 at the beginning of the Git lesson which they can begin version controlling.

@seltmann @TomCSmith @umihoshijima double check to make sure the links are working on your end.

Note: For the sake of clarity for the shell lessons I am still going to have the learners download the shell data independently of the all the other data files. This will make learning paths in the first lesson a bit easier to start with.
