Going to need to do sensitivity analysis on three parameters

ENCOUNTER_MEAN
ENCOUNTER_K
ENCOUNTER_PARAMS

How much do these parameters affect the age-intensity profile and mean worm loads? The "default" values were chosen because they tended to give realistic age-intensity profiles.
