English: This filter even block whole website whose commerce don't relate
to advertisment example www.bkav.com.vn (a antivirus program) or
www.7bua.com (a c2c electronic commerce website). And I think this is
unresonable for blocking whole advertisment company's website (block all
from it's domain). If this filter didn't under MIT license, I would think
this is an unfair competition between companies.
Tiếng Việt: Bộ lọc này còn chặn toàn bộ các trang web không 
chỉ chuyên về
quảng cáo ví dụ www.bkav.com.vn (kinh doanh phần mềm diệt virus)
http://www.7bua.com/ (rao vặt, mua bán, thương mại điện tử) về 
chuyện chặn
toàn bộ tên miền của các công ty quảng cáo cũng rất vô lý. 
Vì vậy đề nghị
xem xét lại về bộ lọc này. Rất may các bạn đã xuất bản 
với giấy phép MIT
nếu không có thể hiểu đây là một sự cạnh tranh bất hợi lý

I completely understand why the author insists blocking those sites personally 
(as far as I've known, it's nothing to do with competition but merely personal 
reasons) and I am also fully awared why the list's been removed. 
However, this is such a huge waste! Because it's the only and working filter 
list for Vietnamese users. Removing it due to 2 or a couple more sites blocked 
is such a bad and unworthy sacrifice. There should be other options for this 
matter, so please give it back!
