adding support for PLO #7

Adding support for PLO and adding a test case for it

also formatted all the json test fixtures

wohoo! Should have a new version of the extension released tonight with this change in it. Thanks so much! Several people requested this, I just hadn't played any PLO hands to have as a sample.
