Footer Refinement #34

After looking at my footer that I have on my website I have decided that I need to update my footer to contain more information, about Wakatipu High School. I have made this decision as this will help my website blend better into Wakatipu high school website eco system.

By adding a split design to the bottom of the website it has significantly improved the amount of data the is being displayed.
