holes not coming out on cyclotron parts #11

Hi, I actualy start to print a Q Pack.

I do it with an Ender 3 ... and use the Not Removable part L01-02-03-04 ... for thoses parts, holes for the fixation to the synchronous generator are not coming out.

Is it normal ?
