adding support for dynamic crc at JK BMS model PB #52

Hi @mr-manuel, this commit adds dynamic CRC calculation to the JK BMS Model PB to enable user to have their address set differently from 0x01.

As of now multiple BMS on one RS485 is NOT working, but I assume that the dynamic CRC is needed non the less. Thanks, JKW
