Wrong number of records in reports page tables #19

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Log in using Ted (or other travel support manager)
2. Click "Reports" tab
3. Select "Current TRFs" or "Planned trips" table

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Number of TRFs at the right corner of each table pager (constant 100 is shown 
instead)
