Correct portal titles #20

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open "Travel Portal" main page
And optionally:
2. Log in
3. Open random tab

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Title of each page should be "Hardosoft Travel Portal" (not framework title 
"Bootstrap, from Twitter")
