User Story

As a user, I would like to have a UI that enables me to submit folders so processing can take place on my project.

Detailed Description

Add to the UI the ability to navigate a project tree and an easy way to view files.

Acceptance Criteria

[x] Given an OML project, then I can upload it and view it in my browser (like vscode)
