Setting high max. record time causes lots of small video files

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to recording settings for a camera
2. Set Max. record time insanely high like 999999999
3. Click Finish

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Max recording time gets set to 1 or 0 seconds. Which results in ispy producing 
a new video file for every second recorded. This results in huge video file 
spam which messes everything up.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Ispy 4.6 on windows 7 64bit

Please provide any additional information below.
Nothing more to be said, but this is dangerous, just add an option to set 
recording time to infinite please! Or limit video file size instead of time.
