When minimized ispy locks up, stops recording #70

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. After start up, minimize ispy. (Windows 7)
2. Wait a couple hours. Come back and try to maximize ispy. Nothing happens.
I can't even close ispy to restart it. I have to reboot my machine to get ispy
to close so I can reopen it.
3. Furthermore, ispy is not recording when this happens.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect (and it USED to work) ispy to maximize when requested, as well
as continue to record.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
4.7.1.0

Please provide any additional information below.

Win 7
ISpy 4.8.1.0

I have encountered this problem too in 4.7.1.0 and 4.8.1.0, it seems to stem
from the balloon tips popping up every time the motion detect starts a
recording. When the I-spy window is minimized and the monitor turns off all the
balloon notifications pile up in the task bar, after a certain amount of
notifications the I-spy icon that allows you to maximize the window is
over-written by the balloon notification icon. If you have ever came back to
your computer and seen 8 or 9 ISpy icons in you task bar I would guess this is
your problem. The simple fix for me was to turn off the balloon notifications.
