Faulty version detection in the installer #137

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to install on Windows 7

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Error message: "Must be Windows 2000 or newer"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
JabberNet-2.1.0.710.msi
I'm using Windows 7 64Bit

Please provide any additional information below.

This can be worked around by running the installer as Administrator. It's 
documented in issue 95 http://code.google.com/p/jabber-net/issues/detail?id=95
