throttle goes to zero on "Stabilize" and "Auto", OK in "Manual" #427

Throttle should go to nominal cruise value

Addtional comment: Issue #385 referenced above should be #365. Find that typo 
still exists in ArduPilotMega version offered to be downloaded and used with 
Arduino

Hi Again,

My problem with the throttle going to zero on "stabilize" and "auto" appears to 
be the result of the way I set up the mode switch for my own convenience. I had 
set "manual" to position 1 and "auto" to position 6, which the manual advises 
against.

However as noted in the attachment above, there is still a typo in the APM code 
offered for download and this code also gives me a error of being too large for 
my 1280 sized ArdupilotMega
