Repeat servo command doesn't work (or the field labels might be wrong)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I entered the Do Repeat Servo command in planner with parameters according 
to the latest field labels: Ser No=5; Repeat=10; Delay(s)=2; PWM=2000
2. The servo connected to channel 5 of APM output doesn't behave according to 
set parameters. Instead it jiggles seemingly randomly.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7 and APM Planner 1.1.17

Please provide any additional information below.
It used to work like a charm on a previous version of planner.

I did some troubleshooting and found the problem. The field labels for "Do 
Repeat Servo" in APM 1.1.17 are indeed wrong.

The CORRECT order of field labels is: "Servo", "PWM", "Repeat", and "Delay(s)".
