CLI issues - relay doesn't work V2.27 #479

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load V2.27 via arduino
2. Get into CLI mode via 3 CRs
3. Type setup (or test)
4. Type help - System goes to GROUND START over and over till 3CRs
5. Never so get Help listing

2nd problem (related?)
From step 3 above: type relay
Terminal screes shows Relay on
                                    Relay off
But relay does not click

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

this has been fixed for the current trunk.a define was missing to compile 
including the relay code.
