cygstcd++.6.dll library not found after software update to last version (mission planner 1.1.21) #485

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. arduplane.exe not running

yes, I've found very useful the autopilot simulator in order to learn and test 
the mission planner capabilities.

i did have the file included, however google cood was erroring because of it. i 
will have to find another way of uploading it. the dll comes from cygwin.

I've tried to copy the cygwin library into the simulator folder but 
ardupilot.exe, exit without any message :-(
