Battery Info should not appear when monitoring is not selected. #495

The Battery Status label, voltage and percent available are displayed on the 
HUD even when the battery monitoring feature is set to "0-none".

This clutters the display and could be misinterpreted as real data, leading the 
pilot to rely on that bad data.  The Batt text should be displayed only when 
battery monitoring is turned on.
