MP crashes when USB is disconnected #497

Mission Planner:  > Unplugging from USB without clicking 'Disconnect' = crash, 
either directly after unplug or when reconnecting.
Request no crash :) when unplugging when forgetting to click 'Disconnect'

ive made some changes, but cant realy tell you if its going to fix this 
problem. as having the comport disapear underneeth it is more of an os issue 
than the planner issue. if what i did doesnt make it any better then i doubt i 
can do any more about it. the simple answer, make sure you disconnect.
