Error message : "0x81020014 One or more field types are not installed properly. #65

Not sure why I am getting this, it is a SP 2010 list that I created and have it working on my SP2013 with no issues. The only thing I can think it is a SP2010 issue???

Usually when I get this error it is because I misspelled a field name or am not using the internal field name.
