Feature Request: Throttle #51

It would be awesome if we could control the throttle throught app. Maybe adding a slider alonge with the others sliders in "others" panel should be enough. image

I actually thought about this feature when I was working on the trim controls. I'll put on my feature wish-list and return to it later once I have take care of other pressing issues.
