Add docs badge to README #1

Hi there,

this adds the docs badge you requested here.

Please note it is not delivered via the old Inch Pages project, but the successor [http://inch-ci.org](Inch CI), which gives more control to project maintainers (refresh mechanism, web-hooks, suggestions).

@mrackwitz Do you mind me asking how you got to Inch Pages? Because I intend to retire that project in favor of Inch CI and I am curious how people are still landing there ...

@rrrene: I saw it at another project, which is still using Inch-Pages. It wasn't even directly clear to me, that these are two different things. I would propose you just add a deprecation banner on Inch-Pages, and add a deep-link to the corresponding Inch-CI page or just redirect there. Btw. there are few other projects left.
