Tracker setting to show all regions on one page #58

For Mixed Pools S1 watch parties, I wrote a userscript to scroll through TOoTR automatically so viewers could see a summary of the world layout. To adapt this for mixed pools bosses, it would be useful to have dungeons on the same page as the overworld, maybe as an additional option for the “Show Individual Region Pages” setting.
