Add Default/Beginner preset #64

In the randomizer GUI, the “Default/Beginner” preset is automatically generated from the default values of all settings. It would be nice to have it included in the “New Game → From Preset” dropdown.

This is straightforward on randomizer-graph-tool. I'll add over the weekend.
