This PR includes support for:

The main keyword for main contracts.
The using statement.
The new contract interface syntax.

@mradkov can you merge and release or should we fork it and take ownership of this by ourself?

would also be awesome if you could tackle #8 after this is merged :)

@thepiwo can you maybe also review and check the updated version shortly?

can be run by executing vscode as follows:

code --disable-extensions --extensionDevelopmentPath=/path/to/extension /path/to/sophia-code

Changes look good. @ghallak can you also add an example (or extend the current one) that uses the syntax changes introduced in this PR in the /examples folder?
