HUP signal used to re-draw wbar window #74

Hi

I will like to use some "remote" command to re-draw wbar window. I will use it 
when the resolution of my desktop is changed (laptop unplugged from docking 
station).

Simple killall -HUP wbar is pretty what I want.
I have attached git format patch file. Sorry for any bugs - I am not really 
good at using XLib.
