What steps will reproduce the problem?
---
1. Have wbar configured to start after fluxbox in its startup shell script
2. Start up an X session from the command line via `startx´
3. Allow both the X server and the WM to load
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
---
The normal semi-transparent gray background is expected when the program is
started from ~/.fluxbox/startup. Instead, a black box appears in its place, and
the program looks like a tacky black rectangle with icons on it.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
---
wbar-2.3.0
fluxbox-1.3.2
On Gentoo Linux
Please provide any additional information below.

Clicking the config icon and hitting reload button in it will make the issue go
away. The icon bar looks slick and normal after it refreshes from a reload.
I also noticed that while wbar looks messed up, it can be seen in the fluxbox
toolbar. Once reload is clicked, the program will no longer show up there.
