Update godot-gradle-plugin version in GETTING_STARTED #9

Had some trouble getting the initial build script to work, had to specify the version string as proposed here before I could get a successful ./gradlew tasks command to run in my repo.

P.S thanks for all your work on this project! Excited to try out Kotlin native with Godot :+1:

@JohnFultonian Thanks a lot for your contribution! But we moved our development efforts some time ago to https://github.com/utopia-rise/godot-kotlin as we didn't get any responses from @MrAkakuy nor could we merge something. Feel free to check it out there if you like to.
