Some small doc updates #5

Thank you very much. I've gone over the changes and will merge this pull request tomorrow. I'd do it right now, but since I never did this before I do not want to make a mistake and have to spend time fixing it when I should be resting.

I am not at all surprised to see typos and grammar errors in the documentation. I am fairly awful at editing my own work since my brain is lazy and stealthily autocorrects the mistakes even if I am looking for them.

As a side note, if you using Spiral in Debug mode, I recommend switching to Release as it will be much faster.
