Allow tabulated undulator definition by a single .dat file #20

Currently the tabulated undulator is defined by a magnetic measurements summary file (*.txt), which lists *.dat files with the magnetic measurements. Now need to implement definition of the tabulated undulator by a single *.dat file.

The issue was met by NSLS-II ID group scientist and the functionality was requested to be implemented:

A single *.dat file in *_sum.txt does not work (SRW fails to run).

Too many 1st priorities, reduce priority to 2nd. Will take care of it after other 1st priority issues are solved.
