Rename mask element #9

A "Mask" is not very technical term, need to rename the optical element in both SRW and Sirepo to something like "Wavefront Sensor". This should be done in accordance with https://github.com/radiasoft/sirepo/issues/450.

After discussion with the metrology group we decided to postpone renaming to until we discuss it in the middle of October, since the function is not ready yet (need much more coding to call it a wavefront sensor).
