Saving file's is a bit weird #115

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When i save a layout 
2. Or when making a png or pdf
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

-The file saved is not recognized bij the program. It does not have the .diy 
extension -behind it. When i want to open a layout with the program it does not 
see the my save's but i -can open it by typing its name.

Whenever possible, please attach the latest log file. It will
provide valuable information when trying to reproduce and locate the
problem. Log files can be found in the log directory under the main
application directory and are marked with date and time.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I use version 3.0.9 BETA ( is there a new one??)

I use Windows 7 latest version 

Please provide any additional information below.

this is a great application exept the saving problem.

EXTRA information.

It is possible to save correctly by adding the .diy extension manually.
