Feature request - Fast value entry #142

I'd like to be able to switch to a "Fast value entry" mode, where when I select 
a component I'll automatically get an entry box where I can enter the value for 
the component (i.e. the value row from the properties dialog).

I made "Value" auto-focus whenever the dialog is shown, since it's the most 
important field. That should care or fast entry mode...going out in 3.9.0
