how to use the layout colection? #151

i'm using the version 3.13.0 and i know that the collection isn't made for this 
version but it also says some work.

i have no idea how to instal those layouts and i can't find anywhere how to use 
it. i also tried a 1.x version but i realy dont know

can someone help me?

Just unpack the ZIP and open from DIYLC (file -> Open). If it doesn't work, you 
can always open them with the old version which is available for download.
