Change size of switches #168

Just about to sketch an enclosure in v3 (using boards as there's no enclosure 
yet) and find that switches can't be sized. I want to represent mini-type 
switches, not 3PDT.

I believe these are sized as mini-type switches, no?

I just measured and yes they're pretty close to the mini switches I have.

They do look pretty large on the layout and I think it would be nice to be able 
to adjust the pin spacing and lug size of them just as with the pots.
