Please change Trace Cut

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

When I first tried to cut a trace I expected to find the cut between the holes 
not not the hole.

Whenever possible, please attach the latest log file. It will
provide valuable information when trying to reproduce and locate the
problem. Log files can be found in the log directory under the main
application directory and are marked with date and time.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.24.0a  Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.

A trace cut that makes much more since is to break the trace between holes not 
the hole. If you will look at Fritzing circuit design. Pick the Strip board. 
The software has a cut and mend function which makes much more since the your 
current technique.

I just found your program after using a similar abandon software that did not 
work very well. I am glad to find your excellent work. So far I like the 
functionality of the strip board. Thank You Very Much for all your work.

Done in 3.27, there's option "Cut between points" in edit dialog of the cut. 
You can make it default.
